Forestdale Park, located at the site of Maldens former McFadden Manor, recently opened its doors as the newest Volunteers of America Massachusetts Senior Residence. The community features 3 Independent Living apartments, and 59 studio and one bedroom Assisted Living apartments that features our EnrichedLIFE programming. Forestdale Park also accommodates 23 seniors in their state-of-the-art Compass Memory Support Neighborhood which specializes in holistically treating the symptoms of cognitive issues including Alzheimers disease and related dementias.

Forestdale Park is a Volunteers of America Massachusetts Senior Community joining sister communities Nashoba Park in Ayer and Concord Park in West Concord. The community is professionally managed by Senior Living Residences of Braintree, a trusted name in senior housing and care with families and eldercare professionals for over 25 years.
