Our Olmsted Place Memory Support Neighborhood is an active and engaging community providing for the unique needs of individuals with memory loss. Olmsteds innovative programs are backed by research and specifically designed to treat the symptoms of Alzheimers disease and potentially slow its progression.The care and compassion with which our residents are treated comes from people who do their work with a sense of calling and deep purpose. We hire staff people that truly become interwoven into the fabric of the neighborhood. With this high standard, the residents of Olmsted Place experience great care and compassion everyday. We work each day to create a neighborhood where people living with memory loss can experience ways to reconnect with a sense of purpose and well being. By keeping minds active we can help people recognize they have special purposes and reduce their experience of stress and failure. Families are helped to find ways to maximize their relationship with the person with memory loss.

Concord Park, a Volunteers of America Massachusetts Senior Community, offers local seniors a secure, supportive and independent lifestyle. The community features both independent and assisted living options as well as a state-of-the-art Compass Memory Support Neighborhood featuring innovative, research-based programming for those with memory loss developed in affiliation with the Boston University Alzheimers Disease Center. Located in the heart of historic West Concord Village, the community is surrounded by landscaped grounds that include walking trails and a picnic area on the Assabet River. Residents enjoy an enriching, supportive lifestyle with personalized services, innovative EnrichedLIFE programming, a fine dining experience featuring our award-winning Brain Healthy Cooking Program, and upscale amenities including a full service salon, country kitchen, library, sunlit community rooms and outdoor landscaped patios.

Cornerstone at Canton offers local seniors service-enriched Assisted Living, ConnectedLIFE, an open campus memory support program for Assisted Living residents who have Mild Cognitive Impairment, and a state-of-the-art secure Compass Memory Support Neighborhood affiliated with the Boston University Alzheimers Disease Center.This vibrant senior community is nestled on Revere Street, minutes from Interstate 95 and located just off Cantons quaint downtown area featuring many shops and restaurants. Cornerstone offers residents several serene outdoor spaces including a dining patio, gazebo, raised garden beds and an enclosed outdoor courtyard inside our Compass Memory Support Neighborhood.

Cornerstone at Milford offers seniors service-enriched Assisted Living and a state-of-the-art memory care program designed to treat the symptoms of memory loss in the comfortable and dignified residential setting of our Compass Memory Support Neighborhood. Located on RT-109 and just minutes from I-495, Cornerstone at Milford is close to shops, restaurants, banks and pharmacies and a walking trail for your convenience. Built in 2013 on the site of the former Greenleaf Farm, Cornerstone features spacious studio and one-bedroom apartments, as well as an array of community spaces, including a piano lounge, caf, library, and salon, designed to support a vibrant community of individuals doing the things they love, trying new experiences and enjoying the company of their neighbors. We also offer a short-term / trial stay program with no minimum length required!
