Cooper House

Florence House, developed and managed by Rogerson, comprises 17 one-bedroom cooperatively owned apartments especially designed to meet the needs of persons 55 years of age or older. There is no income limit on residents who purchase these units.Florence House cooperative apartments are located in one wing of Roslindale House, the former Roslindale High School building at Poplar and Florence streets, a short walk from Roslindale Square.An important element of these apartments is that they are part of Roslindale House, a larger community facility for elders providing access to health care, recreation, nutrition and social services. Roslindale House, developed by Rogerson in 1987 in the former Roslindale High School, includes 83 affordable apartments for low-income elders and people with disabilities. Managed by Rogerson since it opened, this property also includes an adult day health program, dementia day program, Rogerson Fitness First center, Florence House coops, community space for the greater-Roslindale community, and Rogersons administrative headquarters.

For more than two decades, Briarwood has built a stellar reputation as a continuing care retirement community in the Worcester community offering independent living to skilled nursing. The property has 105 Independent Living Cottages, 88 Independent Living Apartments, 24 Assisted Living units and 12 Memory Care units. In addition there is a Wellness Center and Knollwood Nursing Center with 82 Skilled Nursing Beds licensed by the Department of Public Health. Briarwood is managed by Rogerson Communities.
