Since 1999, Rogerson has managed Council Tower, a 17-story elevator building, owned by Council of Elders Housing Corporation, a community based organization affiliated with Forward, Inc. Rogerson oversaw the $4.5 million renovation of the HUD-supported building in the fall of 2005.Council Tower offers 144 subsidized units for elders with a live-in staff member.The building also includes a computer learning center, fitness center, a kitchen for events, on-site laundry, and a community roof deck with unrivaled views of the Boston skyline.

Farnsworth House was developed by Rogerson in 1982 for The Farnsworth Housing Corporation to provide rent-subsidized one- and two-bedroom apartments for income-eligible frail elders and others with disabilities.
