Formerly The BayView, Compass on the Bay is one of the few communities in the Boston area dedicated exclusively to those with memory loss and dementia. The Cambridge Homes is located in an historic Georgian-style building on Mount Auburn Street just a mile from Harvard Square and adjacent to Mount Auburn Hospital. The exterior facade and interior original architectural details, such as fireplaces and detailed wood paneling, have been preserved or replicated to maintain the historic character of the century-old building. Antiques and fine art can be found throughout the residence. Cornerstone at Milford offers seniors service-enriched Assisted Living and a state-of-the-art memory care program designed to treat the symptoms of memory loss in the comfortable and dignified residential setting of our Compass Memory Support Neighborhood. Located on RT-109 and just minutes from I-495, Cornerstone at Milford is close to shops, restaurants, banks and pharmacies and a walking trail for your convenience. Built in 2013 on the site of the former Greenleaf Farm, Cornerstone features spacious studio and one-bedroom apartments, as well as an array of community spaces, including a piano lounge, caf, library, and salon, designed to support a vibrant community of individuals doing the things they love, trying new experiences and enjoying the company of their neighbors. We also offer a short-term / trial stay program with no minimum length required!
