Crowne Healthcare of Thomasville , formerly known as Thomasville Health Care and Rehabilitation Center is an 80 bed facility that offers 24 hour skilled nursing care by Registered Nurses, Licensed Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants.
Whether your loved one is looking for a short term rehabilitation stay or long term nursing care, we are committed to providing the greatest comfort and attention. We offer Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. We can help with the rehabilitation needed to transition one back to the community until long term care may again be needed. Our residents and their families are our #1 priority. We offer a variety of social activities, a full schedule of events, all the amenities of home and expert and caring staff.
