The Meadows Assisted Living at Frasier

Isolation at home can lead to depression and declining health. The Meadows Day Program at Frasier promotes well-being through social and health services in a safe, supportive environment on our campus. Our day program is delivered for Frasier residents or members of the community at large with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia. Peers engage with peers, enjoy various activities of their choice and access to periodic health services in a dementia-friendly secured environment.Peace of Mind:For many caregivers, including adult children working jobs and caring for the kids, supporting mom and dad during the day is challenging. The Meadows Day Program was purposefully designed to support caregivers, giving them peace of mind that their loved one is enjoying their day while receiving support and care.Social for Life:Staying socially involved is important throughout all stages of life, but its arguably most important as we age. Socially active seniors are healthier and happier, and at Frasier we ensure a socially active and engaging day for our guests.Stay Engaged:Through supervised social activities, from card games and arts and crafts for groups, to individual pursuits, to fostered discussions designed to stimulate memory and improve cognitive skills, theres no shortage of activities to enjoy.Nuts and BoltsThe Meadows Day Program is open every day, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Half- and full-day arrangements are possible. Each visit includes nutritious meals and refreshments, activities, and some help with daily activities.
