Licensed by the State of Colorado, our Memory Support Neighborhood (Creekside) at Jackson Creek Senior Living is housed in a secure neighborhood setting for enhanced safety, familiarity and comfort. This state-of-the-art three-story 132-unit senior community includes independent living, assisted living, memory support, respite care and a day retreat program. The 30 memory care suites are situated for residents~ safety and comfort in two secure neighborhoods each with 15 studio units and a full-time Life Enrichment Director to support resident engagement.
