Our top-notch Therapeutic Recreation team provides fun and interactive programming to meet the spiritual, physical, emotional, cognitive and social needs of every individual under our care. Our residents are encouraged to enjoy the outdoors in our courtyard and patio area and participate in our meaningful activities, daily such as spiritual services, social events, animal therapy, physical activities and many more mentally stimulating programs.

Therapy services on-site for all patients
An experienced team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists will create a comprehensive plan tailored to promote optimal health and recovery. Our staff places special emphasis on working with the residents and their families to ensure that your plan of care is individualized and designed to offer the best opportunity for a complete and successful rehabilitation experience. We offer a short length of stay in order to get you home quickly and safely, with the ability to continue outpatient therapy after discharge if needed.
LPN/RN Nursing Services Available 24 Hours
Laurels Peak Rehabilitation takes pride in providing individualized, compassionate care to all of our residents. We offer an experienced team of nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists that will create an individualized plan to promote strength and recovery. The plan is periodically assessed by the resident, their family and our staff to make any necessary changes. Our goal is to promote independence and choice in decisions and activities of daily living.
