The Lombard assisted living program is designed exclusively for seniors and is ideal for those who value their independence, yet need some help with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing and medication reminders. Residents in assisted living remain independent, living on their own in a residential setting and receiving personalized care from our trained staff. Recognizing the limitations of a one-size-fits-all approach, our staff meets with each resident and their family to identify services based on individual needs and personal lifestyles. We monitor the health of our residents continuously, and regularly adjust each individuals care plan.At Lombard we offer At Your ServiceSM hospitality, a unique concierge service that is as near as the telephone, helps residents with daily tasks and one-of-a-kind assisted living amenities even on weekends. The staff fosters a sense of community and is available around the clock, seven days a week. To help residents retain their independence, numerous daily opportunities are available including a variety of innovative activity and wellness programs. You can pick or choose group activities, events, and social get-togethers or enjoy scheduled outings. Weekly housekeeping, maintenance and three meals a day are offered. Our trained chef carefully prepares all of the meals and dishes are served restaurant-style in our dining room. A private dining room for family and special occasions is available.
