Our Connections for Living Memory Care neighborhood is uniquely designed to support the specific needs of individuals with Alzheimer~s disease and other forms of dementia. We also offer person centered assisted living services. This includes individualized care plans based on a personal assessment and supported by a wellness calendar based on the preferences and needs of our residents.

This includes gourmet restaurant style dining, health and wellness classes and program, group cultural outings and entertainment events, educational, social and spiritual activities.
