The building also has coin-operated laundry facilities, a media room, library and free parking.Baptist Manor apartments are available to people 62 years of age or older and under 62 years for those who are wheelchair bound, and who qualify for housing assistance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
