The Preserve

The Harbor Memory Support is a home-like, separate and entrance-controlled area for those with Alzheimers disease and other forms of memory loss. The Harbor is designed specifically for familiarity and many of our amenities convey fond memories. Each person enjoys a private suite, private bathroom, small kitchenette and wall-mounted smart TV. Services included weekly housekeeping, linen changes and personal laundry. Residents are encouraged to bring their own furniture and favorite mementoes to create a sense of personal identity.Three nutritious, chef-prepared meals are served daily in the dining room. Residents can enjoy regularly-scheduled activities, events, entertainment and religious services in the great room. A community kitchen encourages regular activity, just like at home. Beauty salon and barber services are located on site. Outdoors is an entrance-controlled courtyard with lanais, walking paths and seating areas.The full range of assisted living servicesDementia-certified nursing assistants and professionally licensed nurses are on site 24-hours daily. Assisted living services include medication management, diabetes care and other services as ordered by a physician. Nurses will maintain health information and coordinate appointments and follow-ups with physicians. Enhance your independence with the extra help of assisted living at The Preserve. Our private apartments in the Estuary are filled with amenities and comforts to make you feel right at home. Each apartment features a wall-mounted smart TV in the living room, WiFi, a kitchen with appliances, a bathroom with a roll-in shower and safety bars, and ample closet space. Your apartment has individual climate controls for your comfort, and some styles include a washer and dryer.Leave behind the daily chores; weekly housekeeping and maintenance are available. Coordination of transportation can bring you shopping, to events, and to doctor appointments.You can bring your furry family member, too! Pets are welcome at The Preserve.Assisted Living Certified nursing assistants and professionally licensed nurses are on-site, 24-hours daily. Services include monitoring blood pressure and vital signs, medication management, diabetes care, and other services as ordered by your physician. They can also coordinate appointments and follow-ups with your physician.Personal Care Personal care is tailored for you and brought to your apartment. Services may include assistance with bathing, dressing, or even a relaxing soak in our spa tub.
