The Centers for Rehabilitation have a dedicated interdisciplinary team of specialists whose primary goal is to assist each patient in reaching their individual goals for function and return to the highest level of independence following an illness or injury. This team includes: expert rehabilitation physicians, specially trained rehabilitation nurses and specialized rehabilitation professionals including physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists. We offer a personalized approach to rehabilitation which includes a low nurse to patient ratio.
