About Alzheimer's Association Greater Pennsylvania Chapter

The Alzheimer's Association provides vital services and support to those individuals struggling with the disease, their families and caregivers. The Greater Pennsylvania Chapter serves 59 counties in western, central and northeastern Pennsylvania through our four offices. Our mission is to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
