About Alzheimer's Support Network

Alzheimers Support Network, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving families affected by Alzheimers in Collier County, Florida. Since 1982, we have provided support groups, educational training, personal counseling, professional referral services, and therapeutic experiences to over 5,600 families. Our mission is to make the lives of care partners easier and enrich the lives of those living with Alzheimers by providing guidance throughout the entire disease process.

Our team is composed of compassionate and empathetic individuals who are dedicated to helping families affected by Alzheimer's and other types of dementia. Led by an all-volunteer Board of Directors, we are committed to providing our services free of charge thanks to private donations and corporate sponsors.

One of our key services is our team of Care Guides (Family Consultants) who provide comprehensive support for families and professionals navigating the challenges related to Alzheimer's disease. Our Care Guides craft personalized solutions, locate and assess resources, and develop plans of care to assist you every step of the way.

We offer over 30 support group meetings a month, including general discussions and specialized groups like our adult children group and grief through the journey. Most of our meetings are hybrid, allowing you to attend in person or join online via Zoom, ensuring we can serve you no matter where you are.

In addition to support groups, we host educational meetings with local and national experts, including monthly lecture sessions and speaker conferences. We are also advocates for people living with Alzheimer's, Lewy Body, Vascular, Frontotemporal, and other forms of brain change.

Alzheimers Support Network is here to support you and your loved ones on this challenging journey. Learn more about our services and how we can help you navigate the complexities of Alzheimer's disease.
