About Boys & Girls Clubs of Pueblo County

Since 1972, Boys & Girls Clubs of Pueblo Countys proven youth development strategy has been the solution for children and teens in need. The Clubs afterschool and summer programs fulfill an unquestionable need: keeping local youth productively occupied, out of trouble, and in a positive learning environment.

We operate nine Clubhouses, seven are school-based sites, and two are in a community center sites in Pueblo County.  Clubhouses are intentionally located in areas higher in poverty and crime, with limited opportunities for young people.

The Club is focused on providing what kids need and want most.  The Club offers a safe environment where young people can have fun and be themselves; interesting, constructive activities that channel their youthful energy in challenging pursuits; and adults who respect and listen to them.
