Chartiers Center offers a range of services that can benefit aging adults, particularly those facing behavioral health challenges, substance use disorders, or intellectual and developmental disabilities. Their programs include:

• Behavioral Health Services: Providing integrated physical and mental health care to enhance quality of life.

• Substance Use Treatment: Offering individual and family counseling, intensive outpatient programs, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management.

• Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Programs: Designing individualized plans to help adults achieve greater independence.

• Homeless Services: Combining agency and community resources to assist individuals with health disabilities or substance use diagnoses in achieving optimal functioning, including links to housing and access to benefits.

• Integrated Care: Ensuring consumers receive personalized support tailored to their specific needs and goals, with flexibility to adapt as those needs change.

  Chartiers Center offers adult day programs specifically designed for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). These programs provide structured environments where participants can engage in various activities aimed at enhancing daily living skills, promoting community integration, and supporting personal interests.

  The Achievement Program focuses on daily living, health and safety, and community integration, offering activities such as exercise groups, crafts, and games. The Choice Center allows individuals to select activities based on their interests, including cooking, socialization, and body movement exercises.

  These programs are tailored to meet the needs and interests of adults with IDD, supporting them in achieving greater independence and quality of life.
