Subscription plans:

Basic plan $60 per month:

• Includes one hour per month accumulates up to 4 hours. 
• Quarterly visits. (Once every 3 months)
• Dryer vents cleaning every 3 months.
• HVAC filter change, filter included every 3 months.
• Check and clean gutters two times a year.
• Checks all outlets, switches and covers as needed (cost of supplies not covered)
• Check smoke alarms to replace batteries as needed.

Standard plan $250 per month:

• Includes 10% off all billable projects.
• 2 hours per month accumulates up to 4 hours.
• Quarterly visits. (Once every 3 months)
• Dryer vent cleaning every 3 months.
• HVAC filter change, filter included every 3 months.
• Cleaning gutters as needed 2 times a year.
• Checking outlets, switches and covers replaces as needed. (cost of supplies not covered)
• Check smoke alarms to replace batteries as needed.
• Check and lube windows and sliding glass door.
• Trim trees and bushes away from house and roof. 
• Check sink stoppers and drains.
• Check and lube garage door and openers as needed.

Platinum Plan $350 per month:

• Includes 15% off all billable projects.
• 2 hours per month accumulates up to 4 hours.
• Quarterly visits. (Once every 3 months)
• Dryer vent cleaning every 3 months.
• HVAC filter change, filter included every 3 months.
• Cleaning gutters as needed 2 times a year.
• Checking outlets, switches and covers replaces as needed. (cost of supplies not covered)
• Check smoke alarms to replace batteries as needed.
• Check and lube windows and sliding glass door.
• Trim trees and bushes away from house and roof.
• Check sink stoppers and drains.
• Check and lube garage door and openers as needed.
• Check and repair cabinet hardware. (cost of supplies not covered) 
• Check and replace weatherstripping on exterior doors.
• Priority scheduling.
