At InnovAge PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) our mission is to help seniors stay independent by supporting them to age in place in their own homes and communities for as long as safely possible.For over 35 years, InnovAge PACE provides connected senior healthcare including medical care, dental, physical therapy, medication assistance, social activities, and transportation to and from all care appointments.
