Jewish Family Service - Care Management

JFS Senior Solutions managed by a staff of experienced geriatric care managers provides a variety or services to help older adults stay strong well and independent in the comfort of their own homes. Services are open to all older adults regardless of race religions affiliation gender age income or sexual orientation. JFS provides in-home care, meal delivery, personal services, counseling, help transitioning from home to assisted care and nursing home outreach.
