Food Resources 900 West Via Appia Way, Boulder County, Louisville, Colorado, 80027Brooks Cafe is our Monday through Friday Congregate Meal Program. Reservations are required by 1:30pm the business day before you plan to join us. We offer Indoor Dining and lunch is served at 12, noon. Suggested donation for people 60+ is $4.75, milk is included; set cost for anyone 59 and under is $17.50, to be paid to the Meal Site Coordinator.
