Parker at Somerset is a post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing residence on 10 beautifully wooded acres in Somerset. We are a not-for-profit, charitable organization with Five-Star rating from Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in all categories, which places the community as one of the top-rated nursing homes in the state. We offer the highest level of clinical care, overseen by an on-site medical director with privileges at RWJBarnabus and St. Peter~s hospitals. We specialize in orthopedic, respiratory and cardiac rehab as well as physical, occupational and speech therapies, with 24/7 skilled nursing services. Medicare/Medicaid certified; BC/BS, Aetna and Cigna accepted. Major expansion is in progress while we are in full operation. The expansion will offer residents spacious private suites with private baths. Construction will be completed by Spring 2021.
