Stronger Women began in 2013 as a grassroots movement that believes everyone deserves a life free from abuse.Stronger Women is a catalyst for life changing emotional healing and restoration and spiritual growth. Every Stronger session is written for survivors by survivors. This insight is an integral piece to understanding a survivors journey from hurt to healing. The healing process after trauma can be a long journey. The opportunity to be seen, heard and understood within a safe, encouraging group can bring real and sustainable change.
