Learn more atPPLD.org. Penrose Library has parking kiosks installed near the main entrance of the upper lot and near the west entrance to the lower lot. By interacting with the kiosk, a patron can use their physical library card to receive two hours of free parking each day while visiting the library. Up to two additional hours of parking may be purchased at a time.
