Silver Connections

Our mission is to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes. We lead the fight against the deadly consequences of diabetes and fight for those affected by diabetes. We fund research to prevent, cure and manage diabetes as well as deliver services to hundreds of communities. We provide objective and credible information and give voice to those denied their rights because of diabetes.

CMSS is a non-sectarian, non-profit organization providing an array of programs and services to help older adults across Chicagoland thrive. Glenwood is one of two affordable housing buildings we operate. These two communities provide seniors who still live independently with apartments at below-market rates.
