FMTC provides an education that enables students to become productive members of the workforce and community. Our instructors are licensed and certified teaching professionals.Our employer-driven career education is sought after by students in need of job training or looking to enhance their skills for career advancement. Students train for secure, high-paying careers and nationally-recognized industry certifications. A typical full-time day for a workforce education adult student is six hours per day, thirty hours per week.The educational delivery systems utilized at FMTC include traditional classroom settings, lecture, multimedia presentations, hands-on practice in labs,  clinical training, and internships/co-op.
