I would like to talk about another program that I offer and it’s called Increasing Your Emotional Intelligence.

Many times when clients come in to my office and they struggle with relationship problems or assertiveness, communication, it’s because they experience things in their life, they have emotions, but then when they go to communicate, they communicate ineffectively. Many times, they are not clear and people get frustrated or resentful or bitter by the way that they communicate. And a lot of times, it’s just because we really need to understand emotional intelligence.

This program is four sessions so it’s a little bit longer. It goes anywhere from probably 6 to 8 to 9 weeks, depending upon how the client does. And this is when I incorporate a lot of role playing, mindfulness, meditation, really learning how to sit grounded in the body and communicate effectively.

If you are interested in this program, please visit my website at DeniseSchonwald.com and book a complementary 30-minute consultation. I enjoy hearing from you.
