My name is Denise Schonwald and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Registered Nurse. I’m spiritually-based and I’d like to talk to you about a program that I’m offering. It’s called Mindful Emotional Healing.

The acronym for that is MEH because with trauma or experiences that we’ve never processed, they sit in the body and they manifest either behaviorally or through some sort of physical illness. A lot of times we don’t process emotions or trauma or bad experiences because we are afraid. They were so painful when we experienced them that we don’t want to revisit it. But unless we revisit it, it sits in the body, and this causes us to feel overwhelmed, fatigued, a lot of times we start to get sick.

And with Mindful Emotional Healing, we can clear these emotions through the body. Believe or not, they go all the way down to the cellular level. And we can start to feel better physically, emotionally, and even spiritually. I’ve seen people experience fewer injuries, better health, being more productive at work, their families have noticed a big difference in their overall demeanor.

Mindful Emotional Healing, it is 8 sessions. It’s a little bit more comprehensive. I would love to talk to you more about Mindful Emotional Healing. Please give me a call at 410-913-8963 or visit my website at DeniseSchonwald.com and book a free 30-minute consultation to see if this program is right for you.
