Educational program by the North Central Texas Area Agency on Aging on Understanding and Caring for a Loved One with PTSD. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder is a mental health condition that can be challenging for both the individual who has PTSD and their loved ones to navigate. In this session, Dr. Mottern will discuss what is PTSD, causes and symptoms, as well as how to support a loved one who is struggling with this condition.

 

Dr. Ron Mottern is the Executive Director of the Mottern Institute for Mind-Body Wellness and is our presenter today.
