This morning I had the pleasure of virtually interviewing Danielle Gates with D. Gates Wealth Management. Danielle is a “certified financial planner” or CFP. That designation means she has at least 5 years’ experience, has been vetted by the national CFP board, and has taken an oath of being a fiduciary with her clients. This designation does not come easy. You must pass 5 master level education courses, sit for and pass the CFP exam and maintain yearly continuing education and background checks. Danielle has been a CFP since 2004 and she bases everything in her practice on goal setting. Her areas of focus are retirement planning, cash flow analysis, discretionary money management, tax management planning, estate planning, and all other areas of financial planning.
