Palliative Care is comprehensive treatment of the pain, symptoms, and stress of serious illness. Those who struggle with pain and symptoms brought on by serious illness, but who do not qualify for hospice, often benefit from palliative care. All Cares Palliative Care Program is provided by a team of registered nurses and nurse practitioners who work together with our patients and their doctors to provide an extra layer of support, helping them navigate the stresses of the disease process.Hospice offers specialized care and support to patients and their families who are dealing with a life limiting illness. All Care Hospice is dedicated to enhancing quality of life and bringing emotional peace, physical comfort, and spiritual guidance. Hospice care is provided wherever the patient calls home and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Services include:Skilled nursing and home health aide visitsMedication for pain and symptom managementMedical equipment and suppliesLicensed social workers for support and counselingSpiritual careVolunteer servicesBereavement support for the family
All Care Resources, the private care division of All Care, provides a variety of personalized home care services, from bathing and grooming, to appointment assistance, to skilled nursing care. Care can be short-term, ongoing, or even around-the-clock. The All Care team of caregivers offer flexible in-home services to help our clients remain happy, healthy, and safe in the comfort of their own home, wherever that may be. Many of our clients receive personal care services for several years, while others stay with us for a short time until they recover from an illness or injury. Private Care services are sometimes covered by long term care insurance or paid for out of pocket. All caregivers are employees of All Care and are supervised by registered nurses.
