Old Colony Hospice has been providing compassionate hospice care since 1979 and we are proud to serve over 60 Massachusetts cities and towns in our service area. We are a free-standing, non-profit, Medicare-certified, accredited healthcare organization that provides services through a core staff of registered nurses, social workers, counselors, volunteers, hospice aides, and consultants. From the moment you contact Old Colony Hospice, you will experience a uniquely personal approach that focuses on caring for patients and families in a specialized way. SpOT On Therapy is a mobile occupational therapy practice; we bring the clinic to you! We are contracted with Medicare and five Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. We are lymphedema and wound care certified, as well as certified geriatric care providers. We provide individualized care for aging adults and adults with life changing diagnoses; including neurological diagnoses, orthopedic/trauma injuries, cardiopulmonary diagnoses, dementia, and impairments of the lymphatic system. Our service area includes: Ashland, Bellingham, Framingham, Holliston, Hopedale, Hopkinton, Hudson, Marlborough, Maynard, Medway, Milford, Millis, Natick, Northborough, Sherborn, Southborough, Sudbury, Upton, Wayland and Westborough.
