Rogersons Cooper House is the fourth property completed on a beautiful historic campus overlooking Franklin Park in Roxburys Egleston Square neighborhood. Completed in 2015, Cooper House has 37 apartments for low-income elders with access to Rogersons Fitness First and Egleston Adult Day Health Program.
Since 1999, Rogerson has managed Council Tower, a 17-story elevator building, owned by Council of Elders Housing Corporation, a community based organization affiliated with Forward, Inc. Rogerson oversaw the $4.5 million renovation of the HUD-supported building in the fall of 2005.Council Tower offers 144 subsidized units for elders with a live-in staff member.The building also includes a computer learning center, fitness center, a kitchen for events, on-site laundry, and a community roof deck with unrivaled views of the Boston skyline.
Allen House at Springhouse, managed by Rogerson, is a residential program located within the Springhouse retirement community in Jamaica Plain, and offers 22 apartments with assisted living for people with memory loss.
