Farnsworth House was developed by Rogerson in 1982 for The Farnsworth Housing Corporation to provide rent-subsidized one- and two-bedroom apartments for income-eligible frail elders and others with disabilities. Our adult day health programs in Roslindale offer elders access to health care, exercise, social and therapeutic activities, outings, and nutritious meals. These programs each offer a state-of-the-art Rogerson Fitness First program, and are designed to keep people healthy, active and engaged in their communities.

Since 1999, Rogerson has managed Council Tower, a 17-story elevator building, owned by Council of Elders Housing Corporation, a community based organization affiliated with Forward, Inc. Rogerson oversaw the $4.5 million renovation of the HUD-supported building in the fall of 2005.Council Tower offers 144 subsidized units for elders with a live-in staff member.The building also includes a computer learning center, fitness center, a kitchen for events, on-site laundry, and a community roof deck with unrivaled views of the Boston skyline.
