Allen House at Springhouse

For more than two decades, Briarwood has built a stellar reputation as a continuing care retirement community in the Worcester community offering independent living to skilled nursing. The property has 105 Independent Living Cottages, 88 Independent Living Apartments, 24 Assisted Living units and 12 Memory Care units. In addition there is a Wellness Center and Knollwood Nursing Center with 82 Skilled Nursing Beds licensed by the Department of Public Health. Briarwood is managed by Rogerson Communities.

Springhouse Senior Living in Jamaica Plain, managed by Rogerson, includes 52 independent living apartments, 61 assisted living suites, and 22 suites for individuals with memory loss in Springhouse Senior Livings memory support program, Allen House.

Sophia Snow House, managed by Rogerson in concert with The Residences at Snow Place, offers 36 residential care suites in West Roxbury.

Since 1999, Rogerson has managed Council Tower, a 17-story elevator building, owned by Council of Elders Housing Corporation, a community based organization affiliated with Forward, Inc. Rogerson oversaw the $4.5 million renovation of the HUD-supported building in the fall of 2005.Council Tower offers 144 subsidized units for elders with a live-in staff member.The building also includes a computer learning center, fitness center, a kitchen for events, on-site laundry, and a community roof deck with unrivaled views of the Boston skyline.
