Lifeline Utility Assistance Program

Nuvance Health Caregivers at Home is a private-duty home care affiliate of the Nuvance Health network, registered with the Connecticut State Department of Consumer Protection. The agency provides non-medical services to clients in need of assistance with the activities of daily living. Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week on an hourly or live-in basis.
