Mary Wade Medical Transportation Program

Mary Wade has a rich history of providing the highest quality senior careThe Adult Day Center offers two programs of care and support for seniors with Alzheimers, dementia or in need of social engagement in a setting which provides individual care. In addition, meals, activities, transportation, medical support and assistance with personal hygiene is also provided.

For Caregivers who need a temporary rest from their caregiving responsibilities, Mary Wade offers respite short stay care for a loved one in needOur State of Connecticut licensed Respite Care provides a safe and nurturing environment where a loved one is properly protected and cared for in their caregivers absence. Respite care is provided in our Boardman Residential Care Home or in our Kimberly Skilled Nursing Facility, depending on care needs.

Mary Wade is approved by the federal government to provide Outpatient Therapy services and to have your Inpatient & Outpatient Rehabilitation paid for by Medicare A, Medicare B, various Managed Medicare Insurances, and other payer sources.
