Graciously situated across from Jamaica Pond on three acres of lawn, trees and gardens and just minutes from Bostons world-class hospitals, Rogerson House offers an assisted living residence, a day program, and respite care in a warm, home environment.Rogerson House sets the standard in dementia care with a special building design incorporating lighting, color-coding, and environmental cues that help people with memory loss thrive in a secure setting. A diverse array of programming, including expressive therapies and fitness programs, ensures a stimulating and caring environment for our residents.

Since 1999, Rogerson has managed Council Tower, a 17-story elevator building, owned by Council of Elders Housing Corporation, a community based organization affiliated with Forward, Inc. Rogerson oversaw the $4.5 million renovation of the HUD-supported building in the fall of 2005.Council Tower offers 144 subsidized units for elders with a live-in staff member.The building also includes a computer learning center, fitness center, a kitchen for events, on-site laundry, and a community roof deck with unrivaled views of the Boston skyline.

Springhouse Senior Living in Jamaica Plain, managed by Rogerson, includes 52 independent living apartments, 61 assisted living suites, and 22 suites for individuals with memory loss in Springhouse Senior Livings memory support program, Allen House.
