Farnsworth House was developed by Rogerson in 1982 for The Farnsworth Housing Corporation to provide rent-subsidized one- and two-bedroom apartments for income-eligible frail elders and others with disabilities. Hale House offers an alternative to institutional care a homelike place when home is no longer possible. The goal of Hale House is to enhance all aspects of living in the later years by offering meaningful choices, social, intellectual and spiritual stimulation and by honoring individual worth in the collective environment for 56 elderly residents at a time. Hale House offers private bedrooms, three healthy daily meals, housekeeping, laundry, engagement activities and on-site nursing24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Hale Houses licensed on-site medical care also serves people with serious and chronic illnesses and makes it different from most other residential programs.

Springhouse Senior Living in Jamaica Plain, managed by Rogerson, includes 52 independent living apartments, 61 assisted living suites, and 22 suites for individuals with memory loss in Springhouse Senior Livings memory support program, Allen House.

Roslindale House, developed by Rogerson in 1987 in the former Roslindale High School, includes 83 affordable apartments for low-income elders and people with disabilities. Managed by Rogerson since it opened, this property also includes an adult day health program, dementia day program, Rogerson Fitness First center, Florence House coops, community space for the greater-Roslindale community, and Rogersons administrative headquarters.
