Mary Wade Respite Care

Mary Wade has a rich history of providing the highest quality senior careThe Adult Day Center offers two programs of care and support for seniors with Alzheimers, dementia or in need of social engagement in a setting which provides individual care. In addition, meals, activities, transportation, medical support and assistance with personal hygiene is also provided.

At May Wade, The Medical Transportation program provides door-to-door service Monday through Friday for individuals age 60 and older residing in New Haven, East Haven, West Haven, North Haven and Hamden. This program is free of charge but collects voluntary donations to support the program. Riders for this program cannot be eligible for Medicaid.

Mary Wade is approved by the federal government to provide Outpatient Therapy services and to have your Inpatient & Outpatient Rehabilitation paid for by Medicare A, Medicare B, various Managed Medicare Insurances, and other payer sources.
