At May Wade, The Medical Transportation program provides door-to-door service Monday through Friday for individuals age 60 and older residing in New Haven, East Haven, West Haven, North Haven and Hamden. This program is free of charge but collects voluntary donations to support the program. Riders for this program cannot be eligible for Medicaid.

In addition, meals, activities, transportation, medical support and assistance with personal hygiene is also provided.
