TRU Community Care, founded as Boulder Hospice in 1976, is a Colorado-licensed, Medicare and Medicaid-certified, nonprofit health care organization serving the greater Boulder/Denver area and beyond. With a focus on affirming life and providing a continuum of care for members of our community living with advanced illness and loss, TRUs programs include: Hospice, Palliative Care, TRU PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), Grief Services, and Landmark Memory Care.
