The Home Care Office Manager is a key leadership position that directly supports the growth, quality, and success of SENIORS Helping SENIORS. This role serves as a vital link between Care Providers, Care Receivers, Operations, and Business Development, and reports directly to ownership.
We are seeking a dedicated, resourceful, and reliable professional who is passionate about helping seniors age in place with dignity, while ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a mission-driven environment and values long-term relationships and work/life balance.
Note: All managers are expected to assist with open shifts or provide hands-on support to seniors in rare emergency situations.

Essential Skills & Qualities

Education & Experience
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the senior home care industry
Background in human services strongly preferred
Experience with accounting, billing, payroll, and regulatory compliance a plus
Bachelors degree in a related field preferred but not required
Key Responsibilities
Support daily operations, business development, and regulatory compliance to ensure agency success
Coordinate billing and payroll using WellSky/ClearCare and ADP
Assist ownership and leadership with compliance efforts and audits
Conduct periodic telephone follow-ups to:
o Ensure client and employee satisfaction
o Confirm compliance with state regulations and care plans
o Monitor changing client needs and adjust care plans as needed
o Support timely payment for services
Recruit, interview, and hire qualified Care Providers following all background-check and credential-verification protocols
Provide timely, constructive performance feedback to Care Providers
Maintain accurate employee files in compliance with company standards and state regulations
Step in to cover shifts or provide care support in rare emergency situations

This position responds to victims of crime and personal tragedy to provide crisis intervention, support, and important information. You will be dispatched to respond to crime scenes, the police department or hospitals to provide direct services after Law Enforcement Officers have secured the scene. You will receive advocacy training and shadow a veteran advocate before working on your own. Advocates act in an on-call capacity nights and weekends and each advocate works three, 12 hour shifts. A monthly meeting for on-going training is required. If needed you may assists staff with weekday crime response. Must have ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner. Any drug use (including marijuana in various forms) within the last three years will be grounds for elimination. You must be able to stand for long periods of time, respond to scenes indoor and outdoors, and respond to crime scene within 30 minutes or less.
